John Kiely is Head of Product & Go To Market for Mastercard Corporate Solutions in Europe, where he supports large market issuers and corporates with a suite of virtual card, embedded finance, and working capital products designed to modernise treasury operations and streamline corporate payment flows.

An experienced B2B payments leader, John has spent over two decades shaping commercial strategy and product innovation across Europe, APAC, and the Middle East. Prior to Mastercard, he held multiple roles with Fexco, leading cross functional teams across FX, AP/AR automation, payment orchestration, and embedded payments, delivering growth with enterprise clients across a range of industries. Known for his ability to align product, sales, and technology around customer centric outcomes, John specialises in helping treasury and finance teams unlock efficiency, reduce friction, and embed smarter payment capabilities into digital workflows. He holds a BSc from Trinity College Dublin and has completed executive programmes with IMD Switzerland and the Irish Management Institute.
